Automatic material processing system in a large food factory in dongguan, guangdong province

The customer factory is located in chashan industrial park, dongguan city, guangdong province, with 2 internationally advanced bread production lines and 4 cake production lines, and the production capacity is up to 300T per day. The main raw materials used in this production base are three powders and seven fluids, including extremely sensitive yeast solution and fresh egg solution.

The automatic material processing system planned, designed and installed by our company is responsible for receiving, storing, screening, filtering, transporting, measuring and all other matters of 10 kinds of raw materials. The system can also control the temperature of relevant materials, and make statistics and analysis on the consumption amount of each production and the overall consumption amount.

This system can be divided into powder raw material processing module and fluid raw material processing module, powder raw material processing module includes: 1 artificial feeding station, 1 tank feeding station, three big outdoor storage tanks, two transfer cylinder, seven weighing hopper and three online screening machine, 2 are pressed powder pipeline, two suction powder pipeline. The fluid material processing module includes 3 outdoor fluid storage cylinders, 18 indoor fluid allocation storage cylinders and 10 fluid pipelines.

This super automatic processing system processes 3 kinds of powder raw materials and 7 kinds of liquid raw materials, accounting for 81.3% of the total materials used in the production base. It is equipped with 32 CIP systems and constant temperature systems, including extremely sensitive yeast solution and fresh egg liquid.
