How to transport the powder?

With the continuous progress of our society and the development of industry. Chemical powder is also widely used, pneumatic transport in some production lines and chemical powder is inseparable. Chemical powder plays an important role in building materials, medicine, machinery and other industries. Today I would like to introduce the chemical powder transport mode.

 

1. Dry transport: it is widely used, including mechanical transport, pneumatic transport, container transport and so on.

 

(1) mechanical transport: powder materials are mainly transported by the mechanical force of mechanical devices. Commonly used mechanical equipment includes belt conveyor, chain conveyor, spiral conveyor, vibration conveyor and bucket elevator.

 

(2) pneumatic transport: it refers to the transport mode of dry solid particles or bulk granular materials in the air transport pipeline. Air flow directly makes the material particles in the pipeline provide the required energy. Air flow in the pipeline is driven by the pressure difference between the two ends of the pipeline.

 

(3) container transport: it generally refers to bulk transport and container loading and unloading, bulk transport refers to the use of ships, trucks, tankers. Container handling refers to the use of containers, bags.

 

2. Wet transport: it is mainly hydraulic transport and slurry transport, transport solid particles and water mixed into one. It is widely used in coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, water conservancy, environmental protection and other industrial fields.
