Working principle of vacuum feeder

Pneumatic vacuum feeder is a kind of vacuum conveying equipment with vacuum generator as vacuum source. With this vacuum feeder, materials can be directly fed from the container to the mixer, bin, tablet press, packaging machine, vibrating screen, capsule filling machine and crusher. The equipment reduces the labor intensity of workers, eliminates dust pollution, and ensures that production meets the requirements of GMP.

 

Press the "on/off" button, compressed air will enter the vacuum generator, and the discharge door of the hopper will be closed under the push of the cylinder. A vacuum is created in the hopper and the air flow is formed by the vacuum feeder. Under the action of this air flow, the material transported through the hose to the vacuum hopper, the compressed air will automatically close. The pneumatic vacuum pump cannot produce vacuum, and at the same time, under the push of the cylinder, the vacuum of the vacuum feeder will disappear when the hopper unloading door is opened, and the material will automatically enter the material receiving equipment from the discharge port (such as tablet press, packaging machine, etc.). At this time, the compressed air backblow filter stored in the air bag can be cleaned automatically. At this time, the discharging time can be adjusted and the compressed air can be restarted. When the vacuum generator produces vacuum, the discharge door closes, the vacuum feeder feeds again, and the material is continuously fed to the receiving equipment.

 

For the vacuum feeder controlled by the level feeder, the material in the hopper of the receiving equipment can be automatically fed through the level feeder. When the hopper of the receiving equipment is higher than a certain position, the vacuum feeder will stop feeding; When the material level is lower than a certain position, the vacuum feeding machine automatically starts to complete the feeding of the material receiving equipment.
