How to eliminate the fault of vacuum feeder


Troubleshooting: if the vacuum feeder is unable to feed or the loading quantity is small, please follow the following steps to check.
 
1. Whether the air supply pressure of the system reaches 0.6 mpa. Air supply pressure refers to the air pressure in the system of vacuum generator during operation.
 
2. Whether the feeding door is sealed.
 
A. after long use, the unloading door should be cleaned. Due to accumulation of powder of A certain thickness, the unloading door is not closed strictly and leaks out of vacuum.
 
B. After long-term use, the sealing ring of the discharge door is worn out, resulting in lax door closing. Therefore, the sealing ring should be replaced for vacuum leakage.
 
C. After a long period of use, the travel of the cylinder fails, so the cylinder needs to be replaced.
 
3. Filter blockage. After cleaning the filter with compressed air, blow back the filter with your mouth. If not ventilated filter will be blocked, at this time to replace the filter, or use ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean the blocked filter for more than 30 minutes.
 
4, suction pipe is blocked by large pieces of material, often in the stainless steel suction mouth and vacuum hopper entrance.
 
5. The clamps between the pump head and hopper sections are not tightened, resulting in air leakage of the system and inability to feed or decline in feeding capacity.
 
6. There is a fault in the backblowing system. During each discharge of the vacuum feeder, the compressed air pulse backblowing filter is stored in the air chamber to ensure that only a thin layer of powder exists on the surface of the filter. If the backblowing system fails, the filter surface will accumulate thicker powder, which increases the resistance and prevents the vacuum feeder from feeding. The blowback valve should be replaced.
