In recent years, with the development of country advocates green environmental protection and energy saving original goal, China's new energy automotive industry policy support, from the domestic lithium battery application field, power lithium electricity, energy storage li-ion battery and 3 c lithium electricity industry rapid development has become the main driver drive lithium ion battery industry development, and the power and the demand for lithium battery energy storage field in accelerating growth. In this context, in order to better develop the lithium battery industry, shenzhen convention and exhibition center held the second international lithium battery technology exhibition, and WiJay was honored to be invited to participate.

During the exhibition, WiJay showed the measurement and weighing technology independently developed, which can control various raw materials into the dispersion mixer with high precision, and effectively control the possible segregation in the following process to ensure the quality of products. Meanwhile, WiJay also demonstrated its self-developed automatic control system, which can monitor raw material inventory, batch and single machine consumption, and seamlessly connect with enterprise MES/ERP system. Through special structural design and transportation technology, WiJay can easily solve the material transportation of lithium cobalt acid, ternary material, lithium iron phosphate, etc., which has the characteristics of high viscosity, high specific gravity and abrasion.
